Good Hair Dae Cancellation/Reschedule Policy We understand your time is valuable, and so is ours! Out of respect for our staff and clients, we ask for at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.
Appointments that need to be rescheduled should be done so before 48 hours or it will be charged as a cancellation.
We have a 15-minute grace period for all clients running late, anything later than 15 minutes might result in not being able to be seen and a fee of 25% of services booked.
Cancellation Fees applied: 48 hours or less results in 25% charge of services booked 24 hours or less results in 50% charge of services booked Same day cancellation & no-show results in 100% charge of services booked
